Put simply, a pallet truck lifts palletised goods just clear of the floor so they can be moved horizontally, rather than raised onto warehouse racking. Manual models, sometimes called pump trucks or pallet jacks, use a hydraulic mechanism to lift the load and are moved by hand. The HC Breeze Electric Pallet Truck has a 1,500 kg capacity and 110 mm lift height, while the HC A Series Electric Pallet Truck offers a 2,000 kg capacity and 120 mm lift height. Lithium-ion models can also be topped up during breaks, making charging easier to fit around busy shifts.

Heavy-Duty Pallet Trucks

For demanding industrial handling, our HC Heavy Duty Electric Pallet Truck range covers capacities of 4,000–6,000 kg, alongside the 6,000 kg MiMA ME60 Heavy Duty Electric Pallet Truck. Load dimensions, pallet suitability and floor conditions matter just as much as rated capacity, particularly when you're moving bulky or unevenly distributed loads throughout the working day.

High-Lift Pallet Trucks

High-lift pallet trucks raise goods to a convenient working height for tasks such as packing and assembly. The HC A Series High Lift Pallet Truck has a 2,000 kg capacity and lifts up to 550 mm. Unlike pallet stackers, these trucks aren't intended for elevated warehouse racking.

Rough Terrain Pallet Trucks

Rough terrain models suit certain outdoor or uneven working areas where conventional warehouse trucks may struggle. Our HC A Series Rough Terrain Pallet Truck offers 1,500 kg capacity and 250 mm lift height. Ground conditions and gradients must suit the truck's specifications, and it isn't a substitute for a rough terrain forklift.
